Responsible for reclassification, annual salary studies, salary plan reporting, and revision of job descriptions. Responsible for the administration of performance evaluations and merit increases/bonuses, recruitment and selection to include applicant prescreening. Administrator of the random drug testing program and serves as the department’s special projects person. Assist in the preparation of the open enrollment process. Serves as the Assistant Human Resources Director in the absence of the Human Resources Director.
