  1. Candidate Filing for the 2020 Elections

    December 2, 2019, 12:00 PM - December 20, 2019, 12:00 PM @ Iredell County Board of Elections

    2020 Candidate Filing begins at the Board of Elections office on Dec. 2, 2019 at 12:00 noon and ends on Dec. 20, 2019 at 12:00 noon. See the attached link for a list of the Offices to be Elected in 2020 Filing fees will be posted prior to the start of filing. NCGS 163A-973: No person shall be permitted to file as a candidate in a party primary unless that person has been affiliated with that party for at least 90 days as of the date of that person filing such notice of candidacy. A person registered as "unaffiliated" shall be ineligible to file as a candidate in a party primary election.

    These classes alternate weeks. Step Aerobics - Using an exercise step, you will progress through choreographed routines that bring your heart rate up and get you sweating. Circuit - A circuit training workout includes about 8-10 exercise stations. After completing a station, instead of resting, you move quickly to the next station. A muscular strength and endurance circuit alternates muscle groups, such as upper body, lower body and core, so little or no rest is needed in between stations.
